Registration Guide

How to Register

All registrations are completed online through the Morrinsville Football Club member portal, powered by Friendly Manager. Registration opens at the end of January each year and must be completed — with payment — before the season begins.

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Players are not eligible to take the field until registration and payment are complete.

Fees are set at the start of each season. The categories below are indicative — check the registration portal for exact current amounts.

Step-by-Step Registration

Step 1 — Create or Log In to Your Account

  • New members: register  Here — the primary contact receives login details for the Member Portal
  • Existing members: log in at Member Portal
  • All players in your household can be managed from one login

Step 2 — Add Player Details

  • Complete the form for every player you are registering
  • Select the grade (Choose Group) — only the correct grade for each player's age will appear, and the fee will populate automatically
  • Some information is shared automatically with NZ Football's national register (Sporty) for competition administration

Step 3 — Add Parent / Guardian Details

  • Add all parents or guardians who need to receive club notifications
  • Only the Primary Contact receives the registration confirmation and login details

Step 4 — Select Jersey Size

  • Select preferred jersey size for each player — jerseys are distributed by your coach or manager before the season

Step 5 — Accept Terms and Conditions

  • Accept the NZ Football Terms and Conditions of the National Registration System and the NZ Football Privacy Policy

Step 6 — Payment

  • Review your registration summary and pay all fees in full
  • A confirmation email is sent once payment is processed

New Members

When you register your player(s) for the first time, the Primary contact will receive logins with access to the Member Portal.  Manage information and registrations for all players from a single account.  Note: Some of the information that you submit will be shared automatically with NZ Football's national register (Comet) for competition and season administration.

JUNIoR Form TIPS

Step 1 - Junior and Youth Players

  • Complete the form for ALL junior players that you will be managing registrations for as a parent/guardian. 
  • When you Choose Group for the Current Season, only the correct grade will be shown based on the player's age this year.  This will populate the season fees for each player.

Step 2 - Parents/Guardians

  • Add ALL parents/guardians who wish to receive notifications or who might be a primary caregiver contact for your players.
  • Only the Primary Contact will each receive registration confirmation and login details to access the Member Portal.  

Step 3 - Jerseys

  • Selected your preferred jersey size for each player.  We will distribute these through your teams coach and manager before the season begins.

    • In order to reduce club administration and reduce losses incurred in previous seasons due to non-payment, the Morrinsville Junior Football Club committee have agreed that all season fees must be paid at the time of registration.
