⚽ Summer Social Football 2025/26!

Morrinsville Football is excited to be trialing Summer Social Football this year!
We can’t wait to bring this to our community and see where the journey takes us.

This is all about fun, friends, and football – positive vibes only!

As this is our trial year to gauge interest, things will look a little different from other summer leagues.

We value your input! Please share suggestions on how we can improve.

⭐ Junior Social 5-a-Side

• How it works:
  Junior players register individually, not as teams.
  On the night, players simply turn up at their time slot, get placed into a team (bibs provided), and let the fun begin!

• Extras:

  • Rotating goalkeepers

  • Simple rules & regulations (to be posted before kickoff)

• Dates (Term 4, 2025):
  Every Monday from 13 October – 1 December 2025
  (Term 1, 2026 details TBC)

• Price: $20 per player, per term

• Grades & Times:

  • 7&8 – 9&10 Year Olds: 5.30–6.30pm @ Morrinsville Rec Grounds

  • 11 – 14 Year Olds: 6.30–7.30pm @ Morrinsville Rec Grounds

⭐ Senior Social 5-a-Side

• Teams: Up to 8 players per team

• Players register individually, but you MUST list your team name when signing up.
  (Make sure it’s spelled correctly – this is how we’ll group you together!)

• Goal keeper and 1 female must be on field at all times. (If no female is on field you will play with 4 players.)

• Dates (Term 4, 2025):
  Every Wednesday from 15 October – 3 December 2025
  (Term 1, 2026 details TBC)

• Price: $20 per player, per term

• Grades & Times:

  • 15+ Year Olds: 5.30–7.30pm @ Morrinsville Rec Grounds
